Customer only needs a hook or screw. All items made to order, shipped within 1 business day via DHL at the time of writing. Delivery to France usually takes about 2-3 business days, remote and offshore sites by DHL's definition may take 1-2.

Items are handmade and shipped from the UK. If your item arrives damaged, we can quickly send a replacement upon receipt of photographic proof of damage to the item and packaging.
